Directions to Clowance Estate

From Helston:

  • Take the B3303 towards Camborne.
  • Take the right-hand turn (B3302) to Camborne.
  • After about 1/2 mile take the next right towards Camborne.
  • Keep going until you see a sign for Clowance Estate is on your left before you get into Praze-an-Beeble.

From Camborne:

  • Take the B3303 to Praze an Beeble
  • At Praze continue on the B3303 towards Nancegollan
  • About 1/2 mile outside Praze signs for Clowance House will be on your right

  • Take the A30 to Hayle
  • Loggans Moor Roundabout take exit to Hayle B3301
  • Drive through town at the “Central Garage” take a turn signposted Swimming pool or North Quay
  • Follow this road towards Lula’s
  • We are located on the left near the slipway and beach
